  • Gwangjang Market

    Founded in 1905 with Korean capital, Gwangjang Market is Korea’s first permanent traditional market and remains the largest in Seoul today. Open daily from 09:00 to 18:00, it is especially famous for its food alley, where you can savor kimbap, tteokbokki, bindaetteok (mung bean pancakes), janchi guksu, yukhoe, and more. The market is beloved by both locals and foreigners, and even Hollywood stars such as Sam Smith, Jessica Alba, and Brie Larson have visited to experience its authentic flavors.

    In a beautiful hanok (traditional Korean house), experience making Korea’s soul food — kimchi. Enjoy traditional tea while learning about Korean food culture, and taste freshly made kimchi pancakes for an authentic flavor. The kimchi you make will be vacuum-packed to take home, allowing you to carry the taste and memory of Korea with you.     Visit Bukchon Hanok Village, a well-preserved neighborhood of traditional Korean houses (hanok). Once home to royalty and noble families, the village retains its unique charm with tiled roofs and courtyard layouts, nestled between Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces.

  • Gyeongbokgung Palace

    Visit Jeonju Hanok Village, the city’s most iconic attraction, where hundreds of traditional Korean houses (hanok) line the streets. Nearby, you’ll also find historic landmarks such as Gyeonggijeon Shrine, Jeonjuhyanggyo Confucian School, Hanbyeokdang Pavilion, Omokdae & Imokdae, and Jeondong Cathedral. The area has become the heart of Jeonju’s cultural tourism, blending old architecture with a vibrant atmosphere.     Enjoy two of Korea’s most beloved comfort foods. Kimbap is made by rolling rice with sesame oil and assorted ingredients such as spinach, pickled radish, carrot, egg, burdock, ham, and fish cake in seaweed, then slicing it into bite-sized pieces — perfect for trips and picnics. Tteokbokki, stir-fried rice cakes in spicy sauce, is a favorite street food for all Koreans, with endless variations such as cheese, carbonara, jjajang, curry, and more.
