- The third guest sharing a room for 3 people will receive a $50 discount.
   Infants under 24 months are free of charge.

- If you cancel the tour due to individual circumstances, there will be no refund
- For guests who need to eat special foods (vegetarians, etc.), please discuss with us in advance.

- Tour Fee Payment
  Payment must be made 4 weeks (28 days) before the tour departure to confirm the tour reservation. 

 

※ Cancellation policy (Refund policy)

The penalty regulations for tour cancellations are as follows. 
- The refund dates are based on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Korean national holidays.
- Please, do note that if the refund amount needs to be transferred overseas, all related bank transfer fees will be covered by the travel agency.

 

Cancelling between 15 and 28 days before departure : 85% refund of the total tour fee 
Cancelling between 8 and 14 days before departure : 70% refund of the total tour fee
Cancelling between 7 and 5 days before departure : 50% refund of the total tour fee 
Cancelling between 4 and 3 days before departure : 30% refund of the total tour fee 
Cancelling less than 3 days before departure : No Refund
